Executive Applications
The QUT AI & ML Society executive team is responsible for leading the club’s operations, events, and long term direction. Executives work collaboratively to plan initiatives, deliver high quality events, support members’ learning and professional development, and ensure the club operates sustainably and in line with university requirements.
When Do Applications Open?
Executive applications open once per year at the club’s Annual General Meeting. Every executive position is declared vacant and open for re election at the AGM. Any eligible member may nominate for a role, and applicants will have the opportunity to outline their interest, experience, and vision for the position before voting takes place.
Executive Team Roles
QUT AIML Executives are expected to actively contribute to the club by attending events and meetings, taking ownership of their role,
and representing the society professionally. Each role has defined responsibilities and weekly time commitments, which may increase near major events.
Eligibility requires members to continue their studies at QUT the following year.
